Terms

First Point Terms

These terms and conditions apply to any sales of goods and services made by First Point and its affiliates (collectively, "Seller"), as well as to any third-party suppliers of goods and/or services on Seller's behalf. Buyer's additional or conflicting terms and conditions, to which notice of objection is now made, are superseded by this agreement ("Agreement"). The start of performance or delivery by the seller shall not be interpreted as acceptance of the buyer's additional or conflicting terms and conditions.

Orders: The Seller has the right to accept or reject any orders made by the Buyer. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled without the prior permission of the seller. All orders are nonrefundable and noncancelable ("NCNR").

Pricing: The prices of each order's products will be listed on the front of the invoice. These prices do not include taxes and tariffs and are subject to vary based on the state of the market.

For component services, First Point offers fast payment via check, money order, credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer (all fees are borne by the Buyer). 3.5% in credit card fees are charged. For purchasers who qualify, credit conditions are offered.

Refunds: Refunds are sent out after First Point receives and examines the returned goods. Simply ask First Point for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to start a return. Within 14 days after receiving the RMA number, the item must be returned.
